that's me 👋
a little about myself
I've been fascinated by AI and tech since I was little. My path took me from a Data Science & Engineering degree at UC3M, to an exchange year at Georgia Tech, to research labs and AWS — always chasing problems where AI can genuinely help.
Today I focus on responsible, real-world machine learning: models that ship, that scale, and that do good. Off the clock you'll find me go-karting (channeling my inner F1 driver 🏎️), gaming, travelling, or dreaming up the next thing to build.

Student mobility, made social
The startup I co-founded to make moving abroad as a student far less overwhelming. Uniwords brings housing, paperwork, jobs and a real community into one place. I have worked on it end to end, from product and brand to growth and development.
Your whole closet, digitized
A web app that turns your wardrobe into data. Georgeous digitizes every piece you own and uses AI to suggest outfits and combinations you would never think of, so getting dressed stops being guesswork. I am building it end to end, from the computer vision pipeline to the interface.
My second brain
A personal knowledge engine I am building to think alongside me. george-e connects Obsidian, Telegram and a set of AI agents, so anything I read, save or capture gets organized, linked and resurfaced at the right moment. It is my ongoing experiment in building a real second brain.
Karting, by the numbers
What started as weekend karting turned into a full data project. I built a web app that logs my lap times, tracks performance and turns raw sessions into telemetry I can actually learn from. I wrote up the whole story on The Corporate Layer.
Personal finance, simplified
An app I am building to finally get a clear picture of my money. Zaldo tracks spending, sets budgets and shows in one simple view where everything actually goes, so managing personal finances feels less like a chore and more like a habit.

- Deploying a three-tier interactive application to visualize results for journalists and researchers.

- Designed real-time end-to-end solutions using IoT, Bedrock, Greengrass, SageMaker, and Kinesis.
- Applied the Well-Architected Framework and led customer-facing solution design sessions.
Network & IT Internal Audit Intern

- Led an AI/NLP project to predict audit report risks using ML, embeddings, and Azure OpenAI with human-in-the-loop.
- Built and deployed a production web app (Flask, Docker, Kubernetes) and automated ISAE 3402 compliance monitoring.
Machine Learning and AI Researcher

- Applied GPT-4 with chain-of-thought prompting on California SB-54, achieving F1 scores over 0.90 with generative AI and social data.
- Co-authored an NSF- and Microsoft-funded paper on AI and climate policy, presented at AAAI 2023.
